One side hot one cold

I have a 2008 SXT single zone AC. I have cold air coming out of the drivers vents and hot air coming out of the passenger vents. Never seen this before but I think it is probably the actuator on the passenger side behind the glove box. Another problem it has is when the car is stopped it gets hot but then cools when I start moving. When I hear the fans kick on due to temp the air cools again. Anyone know which relay controls the fans when you turn on the AC.

Anyone know about either of these issues. I have searched and found nothing mentioning either issue but the one side working and one not I am positive has been seen before. Thanks in advance.

This video should help anyone who has this problem

After reading this entire post, which did help, I found this U-tube video which was the most helpful on the 06 series charger with dual climate zones. Thank you to all. A regular guy, I replaced this in under two hours with the help of this video I found by googling 2006 Dodge Charger Blend Door Actuator. I would have posted the link but this site wont let me.

Ummmm... ok so I was taking the heater core out from under the driver side and I removed the actuator... along with the thing it is mounted on... in doing so the little arms that move along with the wheel behind the actuator went everywhere. I can get the front 2 arms in for the most part but cant figure out the rear one... does anyone know how to put them back in? I will sit here and bug with it but i could possibly be missing a piece...

I definitely read that and was thinking I was ok with my skinny arms. Granted, I only looked for a minute or two so far, but it looks more than tight. It looks out of sight and blocked out but other stuff, and too far away. I have to take another look. Thanks for the tips!

2nd look: I feel like I'm going to have to be looking up at it. Sure would be easier with driver's seat out and laying down with my legs toward the back seat. I am not sure how I'm going to do this. I'm not super tall at 5'10", but I have to figure out a way to have my head down on floorboard looking up at the underside of dash.
8 years later I'm reading this but I took 2 sturdy plastic storage tubs turned upside down end to end angled outside the door (on the garage floor) and laid backwards on them with just my back on the floorboard of the car. Made it pretty easy to get the rear actuator out.
