Here is a 300 from the same company with a full shell soft top. This one doesn't have the A pillar extension...

See this is the inspiration/obsession I want to have my 11 rt look like this 69 rt as much as possible. ..im almost at single white female status with the obsession...don't judge
Dont vinyl tops just promote premature rusting of the roof??

by the way Beautiful car in that pic, but my very first mod would have been to rip the vinyl top off and repaint the roof. Never been a fan

Not sure really but that's why I was wanting to go the vinyl wrap route to achieve the look but not the exact material so thats it's basically a big decal so to speak

Nope, lack of maintenance with a vinyl roof leads to premature rusting of the roof, not the vinyl itself.

Also remember that most of the vintage vinyl tops were installed by the Factory over an unfinished roof (primer only) and didn't have the protection to resist rust on those old carbon steel bodies. Today's cars use chrome steel which is why they don't turn to rust like the old cars did.

Yeah and like I said actual vinyl would be great but between cost and availability that may be tough thats why I wanted to know if anyone had any experience with the adhesive vinyl wrap stuff you see on cars all the time now specifically the textured kind
