Lift Kit?
It can certainly be done (I've seen it). I'm not sure how readily available, or affordable the parts are, but it IS possible.

In all seriousness, if you want to lift it you simply need to use the same kits that the DUB guys use to fit 24"-28" wheels under their Chargers. The lift principle is the same and then you select the tires/wheels you want to complete the look.
The kits generally include lengthened front spindles and taller shocks/springs all around.
