So after calling for the A8 to replace the A5 last year, FCA is saying again it will happen. So look for all 2021 Pursuits to now get the A8 automatic transmission.
Also a configuration swap, there will again be only two ways to get the Pursuit, either 3.6L or 5.7L but now the 3.6L will be AWD only and the 5.7L will be RWD only, this being backwards from last year. Doesn't seem to make sense with so many city agencies buying the V6 who don't need the AWD so we'll see how and if this pans out.
Also, all Pursuits will now be limited to a 140 top speed although the agency can disable this if desired.
Production starts 4th quarter this year.
