You're probably the 5,000th person on here to post about doing this swap, and minus a professional shop, this has NEVER been done, and it will NEVER make sense to do it.

If money isn't an issue, why not just buy a 5.7 R/T, SRT 6.1 or SRT 392? You'll have a much more reliable car, for cheaper than what you'll do this swap. You can find decent mileage 2010 5.7s for $10k.

Whatever amount of $$$ you think the swap is going to cost, it's going to cost more, and the headache to go with it will be tenfold.

I’m aware this thread was done nearly an entire year ago, (and to anyone reading this, hope you’re staying safe amidst the chaos) but I’d like to ask you which direction I should start heading towards as someone who also has an SXT with the 3.6 V6. Yeah, it’s kinda stings to find out a Hemi swapped base model is pretty pointless but, hey: that’s life!
