Mine had a severe rough idle and hesitated and I had lost a ground off one of my plugs. Maybe check your plugs and make sure they are good and that they are the copper ones. I have heard of issues when people run the platinum or iridium plugs with the Hemi running rough

 

What you describe is called the "Hemi Shake" and it is normal. It has been discussed on this Forum since the first Hemi Chargers came out in 2006. It also goes back to early days of the Hemi engine and the reason why there are Hemi hood scoops called "Shakers"

Just think of it as a being like a caged beast chomping at the bit to be unleashed...

Depends on how bad the shake is and if the actual driveability is affected. I just picked up a Magnum I put back on the road, turned out to be one of the pushrods had popped out of a rocker. Caused a very audible tick and shook alot while idling. Once I fixed that, nice and smooth.

Huh, doesn't seem too bad from that angle. How old are your plugs? Has your throttle body ever been cleaned?

 

Plugs a month old and tb was fine..
