Headlights are controled by the FCM(front control Module).The BCM controls your dash lights and gauges.

 

Just for grins (and because it's free) try disconnecting the battery terminals (negative one first!), cleaning the terminals and battery connection points with a wire brush, and making sure that they are tight when reinstalling them.

After that there are two main items that control the headlights: The headlight switch assembly in the dash and the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) under the hood.
The Chrysler service and wiring manuals show this clearly. As far as what to do next I would replace the headlight switch first and the TIPM second. The switch is cheaper and IMHO more likely to fail.

Wiring shorts / opens are possible but not likely.

I'm having the same problem. Has anyone found a solution to this? Here are the details to my issue:

Headlights and dash gauges are flickering randomly. I replaced the fog lamp bulbs about a month ago, but didn't see an immediate issue after replacing them. I had the alternator tested (it tested okay) The battery was replaced as well. Not too long ago the car threw a P0128 code - THERMOSTAT RATIONALITY.

If anyone knows anything about this problem, please help.

PS: it's an 06 R/T - Mods include Cherry Bomb exhaust, K&N intake, Super Chip Flashpaq.

I set the programming back to stock since I've had the issue with the flickering lights.

Does anyone know anything??

 

Did anyone solve this problem? A friend of mine has an '05 Magnum R/T with this same problem. We just bought a new headlight switch today hoping that solves the problem.

 

Here is another thing from Chrysler that doesnt make sense.There is a TSB for flashing headlights for 05 LX cars,but with the 2.7 or 3.5.Why isnt the R/T included?Anyway the TSB calls for PCM programmmed with new software the same old thing.Here is the TSB:
