Hello everyone,
Just a reminder of two emissions recall that was launched previously in an effort to increase the completion rate. This affects certain model year Dodge Chargers.
One recall number is UB4. The Evaporative Emissions Canister on your vehicle may be unable to absorb the necessary amount of gasoline vapors during vehicle refueling which may cause exceedance of onboard refueling vapor recovery emissions standards.
Your dealer will replace the Evaporative Emissions Canister.
The other recall number is V86. Degradation of the catalytic converter may result in your vehicle exceeding the emissions standards for Non-Methane Organic Gas (NMOG) and Nitrogen Oxide (NOx).
Your dealer will update the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) software and replace both catalytic converters and the oxygen sensors.
You can learn more on recalls.mopar.com, or feel free to send us a message with your VIN. We are happy to answer any questions.
Thank you,
Dodge Cares
