Yesterday I noticed when i set my cruise control on 100km/hr while driving on the highway just going for a cruise... Why do I hear what sounds like air coming into my car through the vents by the windshield. That sound also makes it sound like my AC/fan is on, which it isn't and honestly it feels like I'm going 95km/hr. Make sense? 08' charger 2.7l v6 se rwd.

You might have a bad blend door actuator. You could try toggling recirculation mode and see if that makes a difference.
There are plenty of ways to check the accuracy of your speedometer, if that's what you're asking. Two of the easiest would be to use a speedometer app in your smartphone, or to use distance markers on the highway and check them against your odometer.
Incidentally, you can "feel" a 5% difference in speed? That's pretty impressive.
