2017 charger rt overheating while stopped

So I’ve replaced the water pump, thermostat, radiator and fans on my 17 charger rt, worked fine for a month or two but now have the same problem over overheating while the car sits at a red light or comes to any stop, not sure what could be causing the problem. I have a comp cam , headers , TB, cai, 180 thermo and tune from jay Greene. Don’t notice any leaks under the engine but where the intake manifold and heads meet there’s small brown and yellow build up on two sides. If anyone has had this problem or know anything that can be causing this? Don’t want to take to dealer yet if it’s a small issue. Normal coolant temp sits at 185 running but sitting slowly goes past 220+, will come back to normal driving.

2 things....these cars run hot, normally. 220 isn't even anything to worry about since the stock setting fans don't come on until 205 and high at 218.

Email Jay, ask him to double check your fan setting. It's super simple to over look. I can't say if I put in the hours he does for us, I wouldn't have overlooked it. I've over looked it myself with HP on 2 different tunes.

So I emailed jay green and he said that the fan settings are set the same for all the tunes and believes it’s a mechanical issue, the shop that did my cam, replaced my cooling system the first time and was in touch with jay to make sure the tuning wasn’t the issue. It was running fine but after a few pulls, the next day when I turned ac on is when it started all over again. Nothing is leaking and the water pump and coolant tank look fine.

Appreciate it , and I will bleed the system once I get off work but it was a mishimoto 180 thermostat, and I have been checking the fans and they are full blast on idle and the car will still overheat. Thanks again will update

I bled the system and didn’t notice any bubbles or air pockets, I replaced the coolant cap and drove to work this morning and it overheated the same, not sure if it’s maybe a head gasket issue or if the thermostat failed again. I am struggling to pin point what it is as the car drives fine and doesn’t have any obvious leaks
