I don't know the answer to your question, but if you go over to the Tire Rack site and enter in the AWD car in the "search for tire and rim" it outta be able to tell you what you want to know.

According to Tire Rack....you can only put 19", 20" or 22" on a 14 AWD R/T.

Of course, that configuration tool is only as smart as the programmer. Looking for some more informed answers from the smart folks here.

Yo, Dawg! I've got a 2019 AWD Pursuit with stock 18" steelies. I've also got stock 2010 RWD Dodge Challenger 18" wheels with snow tires in my garage. Would it help if I checked them out to see if one fits the other?

 

Thanks for that offer, but I don't think that would tell me if the 18" AWD steelies will fit on a '14 AWD R/T that came with 19" rims.

But your response makes me ask another question. Where/how did you get a '19 Pursuit? I was under the impression that only police fleets can purchase new Pursuits, and the mass unwashed (like you and me) can only purchased used ones. I've been looking for ultra low-miles used pursuits (some '17s and '18 show up from time to time with under 1000 miles, normally early lease returns or new-old unsold dealer stock). As an option to a real Pursuit, I'm also considering '13 and '14 R/T (I have to have the 5AT), and I'd put on the steel wheels, remove the spoiler, add a push bar, for a pursuit clone. This gets me high-end audio options and other creature comforts that the Pursuit doesn't have, but still have the look.

However, I'd really like those bigger brakes, HD suspension, the other nice Pursuit stuff (and the 18" tires), which I need on my back roads.

Did you buy a new Pursuit, or fall into one of those nice used deals?

 

I did miss that story. And boy am I glad I went back and read it. One of my reasons for wanting a car with 18" wheels and tires is have more rubber between the road and the rim because of the rough back roads I drive on for the first 10 miles of my commute. 18" rubber does me no good if the suspension is akin to a pioneer's buck-board wagon. At my rapidly advancing age (and just short of 8 more years of commuting before I retire), I want a more comfortable ride. Pursuit does not sound like the comfortable daily driver I'm looking for. My '13 Challenger was a little stiff and had 20's and I was always afraid of smacking a pothole and breaking those alloy rims, but I was ok with the ride. I'm done with the 2-door, not sure I'm ready for old-man-mobile 300, so the Charger with the 18" rims seems the way to go. If I end up with a RWD Charger, I'd even put the 17" cop rims on. But for now, I think I'm going to hold out for a '13 or '14 AWD R/T Charger, and put steel cop rims on it.

Which gets me back to my original question..... Will 18" cop steelies go on an R/T AWD that originally came with 19" allow wheels?

 

Yes. The police awd wheels will fit your car as long as they are the AWD version. Pursuits have two different versions of a steelie.

 

Now you've got me wondering if those RWD 18" Challenger wheels I've got in my garage will fit my Pursuit. Reckon I'll find out pretty quick.

I have a full set off my 2014 Pursuit. i believe they are 18"s . ill have to look when i get home
