Hey guys, out of curiosity, did your dealers tell you anything about some electronically-controlled restrictor that prevents the hemi from doing full acceleration for the first 3000 miles?
The first dealer where I road tested an R/T was telling me something about a 3000 "break-in" period where the computer did not allow the Hemi to do full-out acceleration, no matter how hard you mash the pedal, for about the first 3k miles.
Just wondering if there is any truth to that, or if you guys heard something different. Thanks a bunch!
