If anyone would be kind enough to do a VIN check, I would just like to know whether this car is still on the road today or not. I am asking because I am too young and don't have the money to get a VIN report done myself. I would just like to know what ever happened to my Grandfathers car.

This is the Superbee that belonged to my grandfather when he first bought it (2011, he then sold it in 2016) I am looking for it today because I want to restore the family car. Please comment if you have any information

The literal last registration was back in 2016. Then totaled. Chances are good it was parted out and scraped by who ever bought it from copart

Yeah, but I really hope not. When I emailed TN they said they got a hit on it but they couldnt release the owners identity.

Hit does not mean anything, other than some one got the title and made it rebuilt. In TN. But fact there is no updated registration since 2016 is a pretty clear indication.

Hopefully someone has a carfax membership and can enter the vin and see if there are any service entries that might indicate if it is still on the road and where it gets serviced at.

You can kinda do that for free. And it shows when car registration is typically done, as it logs when it should be due. As well as service performed at most shops.


Hence for the THIRD and final time, when I looked it up there is NOTHING past the rebuilt title issues date of 2016. No new registration, no services, no ODO checks, NOTHING.

Well that explains why a rebuilt title was issued and then the records stopped.
