The 2013 has the Eagle engine with the variable valve timing (VVT); also called variable cam timing (VCT). The 2006 does not have VVT ... so the wiring harness, PCM and software programming is different. Better to spend the extra money and get the 2014 Eagle. The Eagles have improved heads and other improvements over the pre-2009 5.7L Hemi engines. So you get more HP from the 2014 Eagle.
2006: 340 HP, 390 lb. ft. TQ
2014: 370 HP, 395 lb. ft. TQ
