the color descriptions are so confusing!
why dont they just say light or dark instead of light dark grey or whatever.
wtf does that mean? I think slate something is the lightest color?
IMO the lightest color looks so much better than the dark.

Heh. Yeah, it's so confusing, the salesman and I had to walk out to one of the Chargers on the lot to make sure my order had the right color.

What interior colors are available depends on whether you go with cloth or leather. The lighter of the leather options is "Light Graystone" and the darker of them is "Dark Slate Gray." Of those, I went with the Light Graystone which I think will look great, and, being lighter in color, won't get as hot in the sun.

on the sticker i think it says light dark graystone. how stupid!

Yeah, confusing as hell. It's light greystone on the website. I think they tried to get too descriptive by describing all 3 shades (seats, upper trim, lower trim.)

went to my dealer last night.he has a black rt. sticker says Lt/Drk greystone or something. anyway its too dark!

Both trims have the dark slate gray part. That is the upper trim that is around the car. The other color is either light graystone or light slate. Since there are two tones in there they list both together as "dark/light slate gray" for the darker color and "dark slate/light graystone" for the lighter one.

I ended up with the dk/lt slate gray interior because on the lot I saw a Magnum with the light graystone that someone had smudge the crap out of and I didn't want to deal with that. The slate gray interior of the Charger is lighter than the slate gray interior of the Magnum. They actually call it medium slate on the Magnum so that would make sense, but I was surprised at how much lighter it was.

So, if you want the lighter interior, look for the word graystone in the description. If that is in there then that's what you want. Otherwise it will just say dk/lt slate gray. Hope this helps.

i want the one that almost looks like a light tan. i think you are wrong cuz my dealer has the lt/drk graystone and it doesnt look as light as some i have seen in pics. i think the slate is the lighter one.

Slate is definitely not the ligher one. Go ahead and order slate if you want, but it's darker than graystone.
