I have an 06 Daytona and want it to rumble like a real muscle car when it idles and roar when I take off. I put on a Borla turbo XL muffler and had no change really, then deleted the resonators and still it's far from what I want. Please suggestions of what to put on or what will make her rumble will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Removing the resonators won't make the rumble your want, resonators eliminate drone (harmonic resonance...hence the name 'resonator').

You want to remove the mufflers and keep the resonators. Mufflers reduce sound and resonators reduce harmonic resonance (drone).

Cut out the mufflers to get the Real Muscle car rumble sound you want.

What if I take off my muffler and put on some slp loudmouth resonators or something aftermarket? Will the resonator make a difference? Whether its stock or brand or size or anything?
Remove the muffler to increase sound. Resonators reduce drone.

You can use any resonators you want to get the exhaust tone you desire. They resonators will all be somewhat different in the resonance frequencies they reduce.

Pull off the center muffler

For additional old school sound, go with high flow cats... or just take the cats out ;)

I thought about taking the cats off as well haha I just might do that. And I've decided I'm going to return the muffler I bought, but now I need any ideas for what brand/model resonator to go with. I can't afford an entire exhaust system or I would go that route.

Leave the stock resonators and just have a straight piece of pipe welded in place of the center muffler. If you don't like it, you've wasted $100-$150. If you do like it, you saved $1,500 on a corsa exhaust :)
