So 3 months ago I traded in my '13 charger for a '16 Charger SXT Ralley. Car is awesome but that's not why I'm hear. I went to uConnect support to see if there was an update and sure enough there was, a major update from 15x to 16x etc. I updated the software on my 13 plenty of time and the process is uneventful. So, I download the iso from them, throw it on a usb, put it in the car, it recognizes and shows both versions as expected. I run through the process only to have uConnect go into a constant loop where it goes from a blank screen, to the blue screen saying 'please insert the update usb'. I put it back in, not recognized. I formatted the usb, redownloaded the iso, tried going into engineering mode, pulled the battery off for an hour, all to no avail. So, I called uconnect support and we all know how that ends. Now they're telling me they will call me back on Tuesday. While I'm all but resigned to the fact that I have to go to the dealer, I figured I could ping you smart folks and see if anyone had a magical cure.

As mentioned, it's a '16 Charger SXT Ralley with 8.4an

I feared that, I was hoping you'd say just push the magic button and I'd be cruising through town blasting Pantera again. alas, dealer time. Thank you for replying :smile2:
