Turned my auction police charger into a somewhat normal looking charger.
First, the paint was a two tone white and black and instead of getting it wrapped or professionally painted I went with the cheap plasti dip route. This cost me about $70 and 6 hours of work. (Mostly prep and waiting for the coats to dry)
Second I had to tackle the interior because they come with no center console. You can buy a brand new one from dodge but they come unassembled and will run you a pretty penny, so instead I went to pick and pull and got one for $30 along with a spoiler for $30. It was very dirty so I pressure washed it and spray painted it. There still however was a hole where the shifter would go, probably just gonna close it up with kydex or maybe do a conversion later on. Although, I am happy with how it turned out.
Lastly, I did some performance upgrades a cold air intake$ 150, long tube manifolds $50 from the pick and pull and a flowmaster exhaust which cost the most out of everything but sounds so good. $325

Hope you enjoy the look as much as I do, here are some pictures.

will miss people getting out of the fast lane quarter of a mile away then realizing I'm not a cop lol
That's a darn good reason for leaving it the way it was! :D :)

Nice work! I guess I never realized that the police cars had such a bland looking steering wheel. You know, without all the buttons. Makes sense tho. Cops have all that other equipment and shouldn't be rocking out anyway.

Yeah its very basic when it comes to the aesthetics, although they didnt hold out on the speakers quality it came with 6 speakers and 2 8inch subs in the back window. Them highway patrols be bumpin I tell ya haha 🤣
