Are you referring to the Ace Convex wheels?Actually a number of wheel manufacturers will do this. A "blank" rim is drilled and milled for the proper bolt pattern and offset. You can expect to pay a premium for this service.
Before I bought my Convex wheels, I contemplated these from Rohanna:

Although they are not normally offered in our bolt pattern, the vendor I was working with could get them machined with the specs that I wanted.
