I was looking at some window stickers today and noticed some of the charger's transmissions are from "US" and some are from "DE" this is true for the R/T and the SXT models that I looked at, first of all where is "DE" and is there a difference, thanks in advance, Tommy Cheng

DE is short for Deutchland, or Germany as we call it. The transmissions is a Mercedes design, and they're made both in the US (Kokomo, Indiana) and in Germany. The sticker on my car said country of origin for the transmission is Germany, not DE.
