2006 charger SRT, after I put it into gear it's stalls out. Ok so I can start my car I let it warm up to idle little over 750rpm I put it into reverse or drive and it's loses power dies. I was thinking valve body in transmission? Anyone familiar with this?

I'm not thinking that's a trans problem...not an expert, others will chime in soon I'm sure.
My 06 SRT was doing something similar last December, turned out the throttle body was on it's last legs.
PCM knows what position the gear selector is in, and will adjust idle accordingly. When you pull it into gear, the idle drops, engine dies.
New TB, good or better than new. No issues since.
Are you getting any codes or MIL?

^^^Agreed. The issue isn't in the tranny, it's in the PCM system and probably the TB as stated.
