I am upgrading my tires from 18’s to 20’s do I need an alignment? Or can I just throw those on?

Just throw them on there, no need for an alignment if you have even wear, no pulls left or right. If the new tires are taller than the original’s your Speedo will be off.

According to your other thread where you inquired about new front struts and sway bar links. You also mentioned you were ordering the parts. Yes, you need an alignment after you change all those parts. I would also recommend replacing the strut mounts when you install new struts.
