So I go down to the local tire shop,looking for some 255/55/18 cooper tires to replace my stock tires on my Daytona and the guy tells me that the 55 series wont fit and I'll have to change my gear ratio and my speedo will be off and my abs wont work anymore,I just kinda laughed and left,so now I'm off to find a tire place that will put this size on for me.

My Daytona came with 235 55 18. Wow, some people never cease to amaze.

I had that same size (255/55) in Goodyear GS-D3s...that were replaced by some Yokohama ADVAN STs just over a week ago...yes, in the SAME size!!!

Should have told the guy he diudn't know WTF he was talking about!!!

Your speedo will be off a bit but that can always be fixed by a tuner (pred or SC) or by your dealership.

im runnin 255/55/18s..nittos fit fine handle well...dealer flashed my speedo all good...some peeps talk out thier @ss n know nothin

That is a Sweet looking Daytona!! those tires fill the wheelwells nicely!
