I will be selling my Kia Optima this spring to use as down payment for Charger.

This place gave me the highest value "internet price" but I haven't gotten it inspected by one of their facilities yet.
I am also going to try selling it directly to Kia dealerships. They have been promoting to me 120% "book value" for trade-ins so might get something extra even if not buying another Kia. Based on business logic I would think that a Kia dealership would value a used Kia on their lot more than a Dodge dealership getting a Kia trade-in.
You will get more money with private sales but then you have to deal with that process. I don't know if I am really in mood to go through all that to maybe make an extra 1-2 grand if I'm lucky.
