2014 awd rt 5.7 will a 6.4 work or do I have to change the transmission I have the ecm for the 6.4 in it’s transmission. But would like to keep the awd.

No, the 6.4L will not work on an AWD car. At least not unless you're willing to spend a hell of a lot more than the car is worth.
