stock radio bezel to navigation bezel?

I have an 06 Charger that came fully loaded with everything except the navigation system. I have the stock radio bezel with the single CD player and the knobs on both sides but have been wanting to get a double din in-dash screen. Before I drop the $150 or more bucks on the navigation bezel alone somewhere I just wanted to be sure if its just simply switching out my stock radio bezel with the navigation bezel (http://www.leeparts.com/dodge_charger/accessories/audio/silver_navigation_radio_bezel.html) then could fit an in-dash screen or if requires more. I read somewhere someone said they had to go to their dealership and get a kit and all this other stuff to do it but that sounded like too much. I'm pretty much an idiot when it comes to any certain specifications on parts like that so I figured someone on this forum could help clear this up for me. Anything helps. Thanks

To minimize the work you have to do I'd recommend getting the nav radio bezel (the one you linked to on Leeparts looks right). You'll also need to get a trim kit that fits the 2006 Charger for a double-din install (I used a Metra 99-6510, Crutchfield has their own 120996510).
