[Lloyd Xmas]

Thought I would post this just in case anybody was curious on these cars. Me and a buddy went to Fun Ford Weekend this past weekend. We planned on racing on the strip but it cost $50 plus an admisson fee. We both didnt have the money with us so as we were leaving we got onto this small thoroughfare. From a 5 mph roll, we both floored it. He has a 5 spd, full exhaust and a CAI BTW. From the start till 85 mph I was ahead one car. From 85-100 when he shut it off, he was 2.5 cars ahead of me. Nevertheless I was impressed with the Charger's performance because he is a decent driver.

yeah an r/t will beat damn near any of the last model mustangs. even the rousch if not driven quite well.

Stock 96 cobra is 265 rwhp. CAI and full exhaust are good for about 10 hp. I think the stock rear is 3.27. Tell your buddy to get a 3.73 or 4.10 and he'll really wake up the car.

Yeah, Ive mentioned changing the rear gears, he's found a buyer for it though, and I believe he's looking for an 03/04 Cobra...No more close races for me......
