Regarding the brakes, suspension, steering, shocks set-up of the SRT8 and the R/T (w/ Road & Track package)... is there any difference? Or are they about the same?

Yes, SRT8s have the big red Brembo brakes and slotted rotors, and the R/T with R&T doesn't.
The suspension is different also to my knowledge. The SRT8 sits 3/4" lower.
Steering is the same I believe...

The R/T with Road and Track is the same as a Daytona, but without all the stickers and crazy colors.

There are differences in handling between the R&T package and the SRT8. Most evident in the skidpad, slalom, and braking numbers. Here is some reference data.

That Srt was a 300, and I believe the chargers handle a little better than the 300s do.
