So I just recently did the brylcream mod, not exactly 100% sold on it, sounds ok but I expected a little more ...but for $60 bucks, what can I expect, not much ...but here are some sound bites and let me know what you guys think, just a note on the second video, I was going around a turn and I couldn't keep it at WOT through out the turn but I do step on it at the end of the video and it blips or I dunno ...but sounded harley'ish ...so, please comment and let me know your thoughts ...one last note, the more I drive it the more it sounds a better, slowly, seems to be breaking in ...but Corsa here I come! haha

yeah, it sounds mean ...but it needs to sound refined, I could just switch out tail pipes and get some better sounding ones ...anyone have any suggestions? I know people like the blasting bobs.

Did you remove the suitcase or the resonaters? I think that may be why it's to raspy and unrefined, because you took the suitcase out. I think you could potentially show a dyno loss too from doing that. I'm debating removing the resonaters and leaving the suitcase for a little more volume - but after getting an AFE that's almost the perfect amount of sound for a C. The Charger has the looks to back up all the sound - the C in my opinion needs to stay on the refined side.

I don't like the sound at all! I have it. Ever since I had it done I've said it sounds like an old truck with glass packs. It's just too raspy and it has a fluttery air kinda sound when you let off the gas or at idle.

I'm with you on that 4deater ...i removed the suitcase, and there is a significant difference between the 5.7L and the 6.1L as far as the brylcream mod goes, they do not soundthe same, and probably sounds better on the 5.7L.

I did a little 0-60 test and i keep getting the same time I always get when my car is heat soaked 5.03, so no difference in 0-60, but maybe in top end hp?
