The white car has a bolt on hood....we make it both ways...with or without the airbox. Give you some extra airflow to outrun those coyotes!

HELP!!! i have a "hail" of an opportunity. storm damage has given us the chance to update the look of her car. what makes your hoods better? i like the look of your hoods, but i'm worried about excessive shop time making it work. by the way, have you dealt with any shops in the knoxville, tn area?

Not personally, but we have had many customers order in that general area.
We use some of the best materials possible to make our products...this backed by a 30 day warranty and great quality control sets our parts aside from the rest.
The guys here are also racers and car buffs...working with our products both for personal use and installing them for local customers. This allows us to familiarize ourselves with our products...knowing how they fit (and what adjustments are needed) and how they finish up after paint.

Generally what you can expect when you paint one of our items is the following:

Curing. Because most of our parts are made to order, we do recommend allowing the item to cure or harden prior to paint. This will give you the best possible finish, and can be done in one of two ways....

The first is by using your hood on your car for a minimum of 30 days prior to paint.
The second option is a faster option, since most shops are setup with high temp ovens these days...they can bake the hood over several hours to speed up this process.

Once curing is completed, it can then be painted.
Most shops (including ourselves), will do a high build.

This process generally involves, blocking down the hood completely...priming it...reblocking...then a final prime and then paint.

In regards to fitment, we do include instructions to help walk you/or your body shop through this process. The adjustments are minimal and instructions easy to follow. We also have a tech guy who can answer any questions you may have in regards to mounting, once you receive your hood...pictures may be necessary for a visual of how the hood sits on the car.

These hoods are nice but they are missing one small part and that's the windshield nozzle holes. Do you guys plan on making this happen?

I am sorry, but we do not.
There are impressions to show where to drill these areas open, but for a few reasons, we leave them closed off.
Some guys go a different route entirely using an aftermarket kit that snaps on to the wipers, and it helps us prevent any mold damage - harder for up keep when you have holes in the mold.
