Smoked / Tinted 3rd brake lights???

you might want to see if your local laws allow such a thing the 3rd brake light is very important to see...you prob could get away with a light tint...but you could fail at an inspection station for it being too dark and not that visible especially in direct sunlight...

after searching pages and pages on yahoo and google, I found another source! I did not order one yet myself, but I most likely will. they are a little pricey due to Over inflated shipping costs. But still $30 shipped aint that bad

I just ordered a 3rd brake light overlay from Revolution Motorsports, one of our vendors here on the forums. Go to their website and click Dodge Charger section on the left hand side, then the 3rd brake light overlay is about midway down on the first page.

Thanks, is it smoked though? I think they only offer the ones with the words cut out of them

I will let you know when I get it, but from as far as I could tell, it looks like the lettering is just cut out, but that's really all you need. I'll keep you posted. Worst come to worst, get in contact with them and see if they can do a smoked one for you, I'm sure its quite possible. If not, I would even look into trying window tint on this. Tinting windows is tough but such a small piece might be rather easy to do. Just a thought....
