I should have posted this a few weeks ago when i had some Sirius issues. Basically, i stopped getting a signal alltogether. I thought my bill had not been paid but I checked into that and it had been!

I called Customer Service, their Tech Support, like 4 times! Each time i got some brawd saying she would send the signal again. Yeah yeah yeah...

Anyway if you have that issue and still do not get a signal, KEEP CALLING! I finally reached a MAN that knew what was going on. He made me press some button on the dash to get a version number from the unit and he reset everything! Low and behold 5min later i had signal and was happy again.

Moral of the story! KEEP calling until you talk to someone that knows what they are doing!

Did they ask you for the Unit ID number. I can not remember how to get to it, but you can see it on the Radio's screen. I needed to give that to them after I changed out my 6 disc or the AUX jack units. Hope that helps
