Well after 2 years if finally happened. The wife side swiped a pole and destroyed the entire drivers side. The mirror is messed up, Both doors are pushed in to the point that the center supports are preventing the windows form moving, nasty scratches the entire length of the car.
Well it could have been worse, The wife is safe and tomorrow is another day. I do not know if I am in shock or what. It is kind of weird how calm I am about the whole thing. Maybe it is because she called me in tears because she knows how much I baby the charger. It was not just the typical cry you know the cry and inability to breath well thats how she was. Took about 10 min to calm her down on the phone.
Anyway poop happens and life goes on.
Update:
The car is already in the shop insurance came in at 5k and that is what I guessed. My friends at the shop said it will probably go up it always does. I do not expect there to be anything left over and if there is it will go into reducing my 500 deductible.
I did have them order a rear handle for the drivers door to lose the key hole.

Yeah, the outcome of that answer may haunt you...it is probably best just to let it go. I almost got divorced over the curb rash on my rim that my wife caused...it could have been avoided completely...she just wasn't paying attention! Women drivers...Just kidding
Alright!!! :clap: Hopefully they have the door handles on island. I had to wait for them to get shipped when I did the driver door lock delete. First handle they sent was the right part number, but it was a right side handle, had to wait another week for the correct part.
You can do the burnouts in the Temple Valley shopping center like all the kids do in the middle of the night. I used to live right behind the center and could see them doing doughnuts in the parking lot at 3 am in the morning. Maybe Five Oh can join you as that is his beat.
