HOW TO: Screen Captures on UConnect 8.4

So, if you didn't know by now that you can directly capture screen shots from your 8.4" UConnect to a USB flash drive, you can.

You hold down the drivers side up temperature and down temperature button and the rear defroster button, ALL AT ONCE!

After a couple of seconds, you will see the screen flash, then about a second or two after, you should get a "screen shot successful" message!

It will save them as 640 x 480 *.BMP picture files.

To post them here, I needed to convert them to *.JPG files in paint, because the 640 pixels is larger than the 620 that the forum wants!

Yeah, this sounds like this will be the most common use for it! I have taken a couple of pictures myself of what songs were playing, so I could remember it for later!
I was thinking it would be handy to capture a pic of screen that shows max mph speed. I'd like to have it stored, but always think about erasing it when taking car for service. I could see them blaming the 134 mph max speed for some problem that has nothing to do with the max speed. Them blaming the "track" for warranty probs seems wrong., but very possible.

In regards to my dodge dart limited 2015, I'm having many malfunctios and system issues mainly with milage gas usage and navigation. Is there a way I could send video to show more and possibly get some help.
That might be a better question for a Dart forum.
