Carbon Fiber hood? I think it's a vinyl wrap.

I think it is too, it didn't look like that shiny. The spoiler must be wrapped as well. It looked good with the matte black rims tho. He parked next to a yellow Scion FRS and made it look like a kids toy haha

In showroom in Jackson, Miss .. sticker was $70K and some change.

Although the car said SOLD, salesman said car was still available I guess for the right price. I didn’t ask what that price was. This car was beautiful, had the Laguna, sunroof snd most every option. The Bright White paint looked perfect too.

The hellcat badge comes on the front left and right fender. For some reason, this dealer decided to add one by the rear SRT badge. IMO, this is right up there with dealers plastering their dealership badge on the car...no need.

I'm glad you posted this. I did tell the salesman I didn't think that rear Cat emblem was factory, he assured me it was but I was still skeptical. This was the first Charger Hellcat I have ever seen and it is mighty impressive in person.

This is why it pays to do your own research before going into a dealership. That way if BS is slung your way, you will know it.

The fact that the salesman insist that it comes from the factory with an emblem on the rear tells me all I need to know. At the end of the day, it does not matter since the buyer can remove it if he/she wants to. I still say why...

Saw a Black Hellcat yesterday on the Walt Whitman bridge

For the first time my car felt old

Gen II didn't do it

This one does

The Hellcat looks much smaller than the old Gen I SRT8 because of the rounded off corners

It looks so much better and newer than my car - especially the ends

Love it

For the most part, I agree. When the "base" Gen III pics were released first, I thought:icon_puke:

When the Scat, SRT, and Hellcat followed, I became a believer. Those various unique design touches where what it was missing, IMO

But, it SRT form, I don't feel like my car is old, just growing old gracefully lol. In other words, it still is a conversation starter in public, turns heads, and causes people to drive crazier then they normally would. You have owned your car longer, so I know you have experienced this.

I saw a red one in Mililani; small town on Oahu....thought it was neat but can't really do much with it over there.

Are you sure that it was a hellcat and not a 392? There is a member on here from Hawaii, not sure where he is, that has a redline 392.

I was right next to it in my rental and Mililani is not anywhere near the tourist areas. I stay away from those places.

I have no idea where this guy lives, I was just saying because the 392 looks similar to a hellcat and I can't imagine there are many red 392s or Hellcats in Hawaii

I just checked out the Dodge dealer in Oahu and went to their Facebook page and there is a pic. of a red Hellcat that looks like it's was sitting in their showroom back in April.

Ah Gotcha, well cool man, I still haven't seen a charger hellcat in person. Or a scat pack or srt for that matter. Only challengers

For reals? Here in the SF bay area there are hella SRTs. The only SRTs that are really rare around these parts are the 1st gen. Grand Cherokee SRTs. I rarely ever see one when I'm driving my Jeep but see Challengers and Charger SRTs all the time.

Well I should say I haven't seen the newest generation srt charger. We have some 2012 srts and I have a buddy that has an 06 inferno red that's modded and an absolute beast. More challengers than chargers though for sure. But I have seen a scat pack, srt and hellcat challenger

Definitely see a lot more SRT Challengers than Chargers around here, also. I was at the dealer last week and they had a red Hellcat Charger. They were asking $113K for it. There was also a blue Hellcat Challenger and they were asking 105K. Talk about price gouging. LOL. I will post pics of it when I get home.
