I just bought some new brake pads for my 2008 SRT8. I heard from someone that you can not turn the rotors on the SRT8's. True? Can I turn them or do I have to buy new ones?

I have found out that most slotted rotors have to be cnc machined...It's cheaper to by new ones!!

I've turned slotted and drilled rotors for several of my customers and have not had any issues with premature warp or funny rotor wear.

I don't see any problem with having slotted rotors turned on a lathe.
