Plug a scanner that can read all modules/codes into the car's OBD2 port and see if any codes are logged.

Rogue Paddle Shifters
Title is a bit misleading since the stick does it too, but whenever I put my 2014 RT into manual mode it shifts as high as it can go by itself. If I downshift into second it’ll shift up into fourth in a matter of a few seconds. Anyone know what’s going on/how to fix?

Sounds like the upshift paddle or the stich sensor is stuck on. Will it downshift wit the paddles? then go right back up?
That’s exactly what it does. I can shift down with the peddles or the stick itself and it’ll almost instantly start shifting up as high as it can go. So I disabled the paddles with the TaZer in the hopes that maybe the paddle was stuck and that’s why it kept up shifting but it still does it despite the paddles being nothing more then fidget toys currently, I think maybe something is wrong with the shifter itselfSounds like the upshift paddle or the stich sensor is stuck on. Just a little update on this. I pulled apart the shifter and cleaned it up. Started working good as new again!
