I really like it, but I would NOT call it a "ram air" hood.
It is if the airbox is sealed against it.
With the ducting coming down on top of the airbox, it's really not different than the original vintage ram air set-ups.
Hoods which gain dynamic air pressure from vehicle speed, and are contained to maintain the pressure into the intake, are by definition "ram air".
Of course, not much is gained by the increase air pressure. On the 6.1L Hemi, the air pressure at 100 mph adds 3-5 hp at best. Even back in the day they knew that it was really more about getting low temperature ambient air to pull into the engine rather than the air pressure gain. Ram air just sounded cool.
