reputable speed shops in houston?

So, chances are highly favorable that by the end of next week, if not sooner, ill have some headers waiting to be installed. (oh i love birthdays)

this is just about the last thing i wanna take to a half ass muffler shop, and im a little too intimidated about getting under the beast and doing this myself. i think i could pull it off, but... id rather not take chances in unfamiliar territory.

any reccomendations on where i should head for a solid install and some guys who do great work?

Try this shop, located off Dixie and Mykawa. He is a VW/Audi tuner but works on Domestics also. Good people and good work.

word. just placed my order on the jba full exhaust system. anyone have an idea on how much this may run for install?

and i k now theres gotta be a badass speed shop closer to my part of town

being i-10 and beltway westside.

a buddy of mine works at fast lane... its off 1960 close to jones. they do some awesome sh!t... tweaked 750hp out of a stock bottom end on a ls2 vette. dunno their number or what they would charge on sumthin like that

but if you're lookin for a good exhaust place... theres this lil hole in the wall looking place (maxey muffler) off bingle and little york on the northwest side. They do a hands down great job and not to mention they have great prices. Took my Jeep there and they did from my header back 2-1/2" and only charged $120 ( i had already bought cat and muffler)

So just that I'm reading your right...this small show did a cat back install for $120 on a jeep? Or did they do a header install with cats and muffler?

no... i brought them my jeep with open headers, a new cat and muffler in my back seat... they custom bent all the piping and installed it for $120
