could it be my rack and pinion, control arm or tie rods?

im replacing my right control arm tie rod and sway bar links tomorrow since they came with the car to see if that helps, should i also replace the rack and pinion?

i make a video on replacing my power steering pump and belt tensioner, the wine went away from lock to lock but it’s still hard to turn rather than a newer car

im thinking it’s the rack and pinion, i found out at my local used parts for $70, with a warranty so im gonna check it out, i had another post and someone said the srt8 have a different rack and pinion than the regular v6 and 5.7
