Just wondering if this is stock or aftermarket. Also the balck spacer thing in the spring. Can that be removed ? Will it ride better worse? It's in 3 pieces where it looks like it should be one piece.

I don't know if you can call it aftermarket. That would suggest that it was something sold for that purpose. It looks to me like someone found some kind of block in the alley and wedged it in there. Does the other side have the same looking pieces? I'm guessing someone did this to raise the backend, either because the spring was getting weak or they wanted a little extra lift (minimal at best). You can pop them out, but you may find you need new springs.
That looks like a KW lowering kit that someone put spacer blocks in to raise it back up.
It's a 2" drop kit from what I can tell. That's pretty low on an SRT.
It's not factory and with the 22s on there, I understand why they "lifted" the lowering kit.I did see one other picture of a SRT with the same setup so I'm not sure if it's factory or not.
