So I backed into a pole that i couldn't see and not only tore off my rear bumper on my 08 SRT8, but now my driver side rear tire is crooked. Not too bad but visibly noticeable Can you align the rear end on these?

What year? The 2nd Gen chargers have camber and toe adjustments in the rear, probably 1st gen too.
Probably didn't just become "our of adjustment", more like bent parts.

Yes, the rear cradle can be adjusted. The bigger question is whether you knocked it out of position or bent the frame it is mounted to. Also, if you moved the cradle, both wheels would be off, not just one. It's possible you bent or broke something on one side.

I would get it up on a lift and inspect ASAP.

Thanks. I will be taking it in on Tuesday. Just bought new rear tires today and that's when i noticed the wheel wasn't straight. Don't want to chew up my new tire, or worse, having something give on the road.
