I'm swapping my radio for the nav system radio Monday. I have an external Siruis unit . Does the nav system radio have an auxillary input jack in hte front (or anywhere?)

no, only one of the base model units does.

The nav unit does NOT have an aux input. In fact, you can't even get an aftermarket aux input for it either because it doesn't have a plug for a CD changer on the back of the unit. :sad:

I do believe that the NAV can be equiped for Sirius... I guess you just have to unload your external component.

LOL!! Yeah... sure is. Point taken. But when I finally do get my car, I won't be spending time underneath it or inside it modifying it... I'll be driving it.

I returned the portable Siriius tonight. Bought a laptop so I can hang out in bed on the wifi and browse this site. Wife is even more worried about me, this car and this site.

If I do Sirius I'll hard wire it in.

I stopped carrying my mp3 player. I've got over 4 Gig of mp3's in the dash.
