Just got a CEL last night. It's was p0128. Which I believe is the thermostat. Since i need a new one I'll get a tuner and 180*F. Which tuner is the best for 2008 hemi 5.7L charger ? Is the 180 thermostat worth it. I Live in florida. Also it's a police package does it already have a 180F thermostats.

Yes, that is the thermostat didn't reach temperature required within a specified time.
