Pushing the Nav Radio Selector Knob?

Hello All,

I noticed that you can push in the nav system selector knob (the knob that you spin to pick options), but it doesn't seem to do anything. It seems like pushing the knob should do the same thing as hitting [enter] (at least I usually intuitively hit it first instead of pressing [enter]).

Is it supposed to do anything?
