have you noticed the drop after you started to use the 94 octane or before? Maybe that's just too much octane for what your car needs...there's been a lot of discussion on this recently. Do you have a tune on your car? If not, then you don't need to run 94 octane...89 is recommended. The car is tuned for 89 but can survive on 87 if needed to.I just started using 94. I am in Canada. I have 48,500km (not sure of that in miles), and am getting approx 400km (miles?) on a full tank.
I just completed a 360 mile round trip to Ottawa on 91 octane and averaged 23.7MPGs with 3 adults and a 12 year old in the car as well as a loaded trunk...just for comparison's sake.
