I need to remove my ATI underdrive pulley and put the stock one back on in anticipation of a supercharger on my 6.1L. I have read a lot about it but I wasn't the one that installed it originally so I'm not real familiar with the process.

For removal, what remover tool do you guys use for the job? The called for Miller tool or something else?

For install I saw a post about boiling the pulley. Hemi31 also talked about just buying a longer bolt and a thick washer. Do you just use that to screw in until the pulley is sitting flush and then unscrew that out and place the new OEM crank bolt in and torque that to 130 ft pounds?

Some but not all threads talk about a keyway that you have to fill with high temp silicon gasket maker or it will leak oil. Is that true and do all size engines have that? Mine is a 6.1.

Sorry for all the questions. It's just it's my daily driver so I'd hate to start something on the weekend and realize I didn't have everything I needed.
