There are 2 different gallons out there. Like already stated, one is already mixed and nothing else is required. This is the one that should be used over large areas. Then there is the regular gallon of dip. This is the one that most people that are having issues are using. This has to be mixed with thinner to be able to be sprayed through a gun. This is also the same mix that is bought in the rattle cans at Lowe's. These are fine for small areas or areas with bends. Wheels is a good example, not the hood or trunk of your car.
In the end to each their own, and it is a cheap way to set your ride different from others and change it over the course of a day.....

I did light coats, but the trick is you tape over the same line 3 or 4 times basically layering the tape from the inside to out and then pull the innermost layer off right after you do that coat and the line will gradually get bigger. Kind of hard to explain easier to show..
I am going to give this a try. I will post before and after pics... Whether it works for me or not.
