I have a 06 charger srt8 60,000 kms. Cold air intake and exhaust. What would be the best chip for this car? Can you feel the difference? Do they even work?

No chip is worth having. You need a Diablo Sport tuner.

Simple answer...Yes.
They make the car more fun to drive and gives you control over how you want it to feel. Firmer shifts, optimal fuel burn for max power, throttle boost, etc.
The biggest advantage is what you can do with it if you start adding things like intake, headers and exhaust. It lets you tune to get the most out of them.
If all you want to do is stay stock, then it might not be worth the price. If you want more, then it is.

Like Ddaddy said, get a Diablo Sport Tuner as it makes a real difference in how the car runs.
Also companion it with some ACES IV in the gasoline. Also makes a difference while protecting the internal components....6 times less ring and bore wear, 4 times less stem and guide wear and 5 times less valve recession too.
Produces more HP and Torque while giving you more fuel economy too.:beerchug:
