Is there a comprehensive list/website out there that can tell you what years/models will match parts/accessories for the Charger that you own? Looking into doing some junkyard/tow yard digging.

Well those things you mentioned are fairly straight foward or are obtained with minimal research.
IIRC, all 2006-10 hoods are the same, the SRT front bumper and rear is different.
The 2011-14 models are all the same, minus the SRT front bumper and rear valance.
The 2015+ is a little different as the hood from a 392/Hellcat doesn't align with the other models, and the front and rear bumpers are different.

Those all fit without issue though.
The 392 hoods on the 2015+ do not align correctly with the V6/5.7s.
